Pam’s Pantry

Growing up, my parents did a lot of canning and jam making. My grandparents had apricot trees in the backyard of their south Wichita home. If the late freeze didn't get them, we would make the most delicious homemade apricot preserves. This is where my love of jam making began! Each summer I make two to three treks to our local blackberry farm, Elderslie Farm, and pick fresh berries. I then turn these berries into yummy preserves that I give to every new client. I've also been known to bake a pie or two with the berries as well.
Cooking and baking for my family and friends is something I truly love. It brings me great joy to invite folks to my home for holidays, birthdays, and big games! Please enjoy these original Pam’s Pantry recipes, from my home to yours!
