Pam was referred to me on listing our house through the relocation company and she came prepared during our first visit with comps, market trend information in hand. When the house finally ready to be listed few months later, she's the only realtor I talked to that updated the comps and re-evaluated the list price based on the changing market.
She provided staging furniture for the house, staged the house tastefully, hired great photographer that showed case the house spectacularly. The 3D tour was also a great feature. She was very responsive and took into considerations of our needs and ideas to change things up as needed, which shows that she listens, compassionate and doing her best to make sure the process was as stress free as possible. She was extremely helpful and proactive in helping to prepare the house for showing and made sure the house was kept in great shape after the showing. She gave sound advice when we received feedbacks and during the negotiations after we received offers.
Even after the closing, she kept in contact in making sure our transitions went on smoothly and went above and beyond in answering questions, making sure things were okay. We're glad to have met Pam and have her help in selling our beloved home. With Pam we didn't just gained a great Realtor®, but an awesome friend. If we're to move back to Wichita, she'll be the first person we'll call.
